At AdScribeAI, we respect your right to control your personal data. This document outlines the process for requesting the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
2. What Data Can Be Deleted
You can request deletion of:
- Your account information
- Your usage history and preferences
- Your ad research and analysis data
- Your generated content and ads
- Your social media connection data
- Any other personal information associated with your account
3. How to Request Data Deletion
You can request data deletion in several ways:
Option 1: Through Your Account
- Log in to your AdScribeAI account
- Go to Settings
- Select "Delete Account"
- Follow the confirmation process
Option 2: Contact Support
Send an email to dkpoga@gmail.com with:
- Subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Your full name
- Your account email address
- A clear statement requesting data deletion
4. Processing Time
We will process your deletion request within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
5. Data Retention
Some information may be retained for legal, regulatory, or technical reasons. This includes:
- Information required by law
- Aggregate analytics data
- Backup archives (deleted within 90 days)
6. Third-Party Data
Please note that deleting your AdScribeAI account does not automatically delete data from connected third-party services (such as social media platforms). You will need to manage those connections separately through their respective platforms.
